CANTON, NY. - Senior Lyssa Winslow took to the ring at St. Lawrence University for her debut outdoor track and field national championships on Saturday, May 23. Winslow had some great practices with her coach Geoff Hinchman leading up to this point. She was well prepared going into the shot out circle. In the first flight of competition, Winslow was satisfied with her warmup throws and was expecting some big tosses.
