JACKSONVILLE, Ill.— There were clear skies and a slightly muddy terrain at Nichols Park, but that did not stop the Illinois College men's cross country team from achieving a fourth place finish out of nine teams. Sam Welbourne was the top finisher for the Blueboys with a 29:21.16 earning him 13th place (15th overall). Only four seconds behind Welbourne was teammate Zach Yoggerst, finishing 15th (17th overall) with a time of 29:25.97.
