Naperville, Ill. - The Saint Xavier University men's track team achieved another milestone Saturday at the Chicagoland Indoor Track Championships hosted at North Central College in Naperville, Ill., over the weekend.  The distance medley relay (DMR) team consisting of freshman Brian Corcoran (Chicago, Ill./Brother Rice), freshman John Stancato (Manhattan, Ill./Lincoln-Way Central), sophomore Shane Kenney (Porter, Ind./Chesterton) and senior Matt Rychel (Tinley Park, Ill./Andrew) qualified for the 2012 NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships with a time of 10:23.17.  The group becomes the first SXU men's squad ever to reach the "A" standard in the event.  Stancato, also highlighted the weekend finishing ninth in the 200-meter dash with a personal record time of 23.17 seconds.
