Eastern Illinois cross country returns to action this Friday competing in the Notre Dame Invitational. EIU will compete in the Gold Division race with the women starting at 3:15 pm (Central) and the men at 4 pm (Central). The women's race will be contested at the 5K distance while the men will run a 5-mile race. The women's field includes 20 teams with Indiana State currently ranked 14th in the Great Lakes Region. OVC member Murray State will also be in the field. The men's field also includes 20 teams with Butler (12th) and Milwaukee (15th) both ranked in the Great Lakes Region. OVC member Murray State will also have a men's team in the race.
